Research first, then software

  1. TalkSit down with the firms who'd use it
  2. MapHow their week actually runs
  3. BuildThe smallest tool that fixes the worst part

Design Lab is a small design and research studio. Before we build anything, we sit down with the people who would use it and learn how they work today. Then we build the smallest tool that fixes the part they hate.
